I love what I do and I've been given the opportunity to do it for many years, so I am grateful. I regret we spent so long on the wrong track, but I knew we had potential and our current leadership is finally bringing that to light. I'm very hopeful for the future!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their understanding that without the "floor workers" we couldn't do what we do!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company's attempts to make it better! 401K offering is nice, but the 6% match could be increased, at least every now and then.
What makes you most happy at work?
Thrilling the clients I work with! I enjoy going above and beyond their expectations and seeing them pleasantly surprised when we deliver more than they've learned to expect from us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're wonderfully nice people and when I need help, they're there for me. I was moved to a team in which the work I do is "related in name, only" so there's no back up or help with what I do. BUT, they couldn't be nicer people!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The extreme efforts our leadership is taking to improve the culture & environment. We were SO bad, the turnaround is taking a lot of time, which makes perfect sense. The efforts are very, VERY appreciated by those who recognize them and are patiently waiting for ALL levels to get on board!
