What do you like best about the leadership team?

They know how to run a business and a P&L versus just knowing how to run a P&L. Most anyone can run a P&L. It takes talent, dedication, creativity and skill to run a business.

What are some of the best things about your team?

High levels of skill, dedication, positive attitudes even though we've all worked in the same group for over 20 years. We all still love our product and our team. We are dedicated to the company, product and each other's success.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being a part of work on the technical side of the application I support. I don't get enough of it as I'm a US employee and the Build organization was moved to India. Maybe one day I can get back to the development/build team I was previously on.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The commitment to excellence as demonstrated by Mike Salvino, Mary Finch, Chris Drumgoole and others behind the scenes. These folks are the backbone that continue to make this culture and environment positive and one I can be proud of. I'm not yet ready to refer anyone to DXC, but I'm getting there.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a longtime employee, I went for 10 years without a merit increase. My performance reviews are highly rated. The previous executive management team performed poorly. So no merit raises. I love the work that I do and I know that one day I'll feel adequately compensated by the new executive team.
