I give everything but get little in return. Feel very undervalued, alienated from the organisation.

Being paid fairly in the marketplace abd being paid fairly amoungst peers

Pay people an appropriate wage and dont force them tonaccept 30% less in the market place
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
DXC has made vast amounts of staff redundant but the level of work has only increased, the remaining staff have had to pick this burden up. Play fair with your most precious reaource.
