It has been a roller coaster. i feel that we are on a positive path, I hope it continues.

Our CEO seems genuinely supportive of the employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
We know each other, and know our strengths and weaknesses
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are understaffed, and it is difficult to hire people into open positions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to accrue vacation time and be able to 'bank' it, versus having a flexible vacation policy. I tend to not take vacation time, and would like recognition that I don't in a monetary way.
