Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
having been rated top performer (exceeding expectations) in last 5 years I expected to be recognized with correspondant Salary Increase ... In addition no stock plan exists .. I understand this was the first year in resuming salary cycle but an average of 1% is really really poor
