I've been here for 18 years, I've enjoyed and learned a lot with my team and the different managers I had. I have to say that I miss my previous manager, who was the best one our team had. I'm 57 years old and looking forward to my retirement in 3 years now.

Agile Way of Work, flexibility, technical experience, a great manager, good labor climate, continuous improvement and learning, innovation. I do like and enjoy my job.

Interacting with people from all over the world in English (my second language), my team is a geographically distributed team. I also like working remotely.

My team has all very experienced and expert people, I've been working with them for several years and we know each other well. I feel comfortable with my current team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salaries in Argentina suffer from a big loss of purchasing power due to high inflation rate, DXC unfortunately lags behind, this is a constant. Other multinationals pay much better salaries, one pays a part in dollars and in another, my role gets almost the double. Like my job, don't want to leave.
