Overall the experience at DXC varies widely depending upon the projects to which you are assigned. The company culture doesn't necessarily permeate down to your daily workload, yet. But hopefully that will improve.

What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a lot of diversity on all of the teams I've worked with at DXC.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I had a ton of plans to choose from, it was a little confusing though and I'll choose differently this open enrollment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are trying to activate a real feeling of collaboration and it's really working, people don't feel quite so alone working from home as when we first started.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've been impressed that leadership says what they're going to do, and then actually follows through. It may seem like lip service in the presentation at times, but the results are real.
