Overall I am satisfied with the company and my work, but there's a big room for improvement in areas such as salary and career growth opportunities
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leaders seem to have a good understanding of the market and know what clients look for
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall atmosphere is positive, people are treated with respect, in general there's flexibility in working schedules, most managers are accessible and open for discussion on improvements
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Individualism has become a habit, many people don't consider their impact on others' works, this is visible on attitudes such as not replying to emails. Proactivity also needs improving
What makes you most happy at work?
I can usually decide what to work on, prioritize my work and even propose actions to the rest of the team. There are plenty of learning resources available for all the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have suffered years of salary freezes, where although I had good performance input, my salary would remain untouched. Although leadership is now acting on salary, I am a long way behind where I should be based on my experience and value added to the company
