I have loved my journey at DXC, some of the people and the work are fantastic. There are pockets of brilliance which we need to harvest & grow, there are areas of poor culture that need to be dealt with. I love DXC the only thing that will tempt me to leave is getting paid in line with my peers.

The comparison against new intakes versus current employees, market rates are substantially higher than my current salary.

The organization is really trying its best to change the culture of the business, within my immediate team - the sense of belonging is high.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation ratio are out of sync, there is no consistent banding or structure applied. Peers in the same role can have a large disparity between their salaries.
