I like that we are all good friends within the team and have things to talk about aside from work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people first culture that we are adapting is great. I have been here and can see a big difference between how it was then and how it is now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I stayed with DXC despite getting a better offer from a different company because I feel that I am making a difference. I am multi-skilled and multicloud and would like to be compensated the same value as I would have had been offered outside.
