The work itself (these are just to fill the 5 word minimum).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don't speak "bla bla bla bla bla" but directly. I support them for that. I like that everyone's opinion is taken into account, reviewed, compared against the goals and acted on or thrown away as non-sense.
