I like my job but would love more projects to keep busier

Being busy with our clients, helping or coaching others and getting a new project to work on
What are some of the best things about your team?
We consider ourselves to be very interactive, caring about one another and supporting each other when needed. We are always willing to help each other and we are awesome together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the new culture that has become DXC. I wish it was complete and fully accepted but that will come with persistence and truth from the execs on down the ladder
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the Leadership Team for my group is personable and caring but we are in the dark about a lot of important information that is either not communicated at all or at the last minute and could be better dealt with if the team were allowed to be a part of it instead of having it dumped on us
