We are a high functioning team. Skipped the storming phase of team building and went straight to performing
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem honest, committed to changing company culture, they communicate better than past leadership personnel, for once the leadership team pushes accountability, and they genuinely seem to care about people first.
