as far as the work environment and work colleagues go, i am really loving it. but when it comes to compensation and how my company treats me, i honestly feel no love. i had always believed in loyalty but i might have been wrong at having decided to stay instead of jump around like everybody else.

my current team is composed of trust-worthy professionals who also care about the team and each other

being part of something big and helping make sure that everything just works both for the company and the clients
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the light and informal way of interacting with colleagues while still maintaining a stable level of professionalism instead of the usual structured, rigid, corporate culture counts for a lot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
been with the company almost 11 years having decided to be loyal to the brand and organization. only had 1 promotion to date and salary is not even close to double what i had started with. also, original batchmates who left and then returned now all are being payed way better salaries
