The 1st 5years were not very good because of the previous leadership. With the leadership now, the employee experience is lightyears better and have a clear and positive direction.

Young but most of them are eager to learn and appreciates that I am here to lead them
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Easy to request for leave. However, I would like to have a higher limit with my HMO and probably opportunities for a car plan?
