Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

a lot of changes recently and i feel like not properly managed. moving from regional to offering doesnt seem to be working and might even be the opposite. there's no financial security, promotions are limited, etc. overall, not a great outlook.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

focus on people...at least that;s the plan.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

open door policy, trust, taking care of people.

What are some of the best things about your team?

people are accountable with their actions. Team camaraderie is good despite being virtual.

What makes you most happy at work?

It gives me the opportunity to be able to take care of my family.

there is a strong focus now on people. The virtual first strategy is also very helpful.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is a group of leaders already for their respective accounts. I appreciate the maturity and leadership they bring in.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My role is an L4 position but pay is very much comparable to L5/L6 positions. Same with my job level. my role is L4 but my Job level is L6. I don;t feel differentiated.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

the new job architecture feels like a demotion. there's currently no salary increase. the offering led structure is confusing (account groups belonging to an offering that has nothing to do with the service line, etc).

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

open comms. we should bring back the CEO Townhall. strategies doesn't seem to be catered for people even if we say we are a people company. Example would be the new job architecture. some levels feel like a demotion. also, there's no salary increase yet.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

salary increase will definitely be better. but not just the increase itself but the security that there will be an annual increase. benefits are also no longer at par in the market (hmo, perks, etc). only pero working now would be the virtual first/work from home.
