Given the fact that I am still just 10 months on the job. The opportunities to grow and develop my skills and learn something new about the processes

My teammates help me be better by making sure I am on the right track. Helping me throughout my onboarding on the first few months as a new hire. They do not hesitate to share what they know and they provide tips for me to improve myself
