What makes you most happy at work?
learning and troubleshooting talking to the clients
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We are a small team with 5 people so not much need to be changed. :-)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work on time even at home and we always get reminders to do CATW or DXC Time entry on time. However, if our managers forget to approve the SPP entries, we miss out on our night differential pay. Would be great if the managers get reminders too on approving our EOT entries.
