DXC is a good company in terms of Benefits. The company is generous because from Day 1 my whole family is already covered with HMO. The premium pay is really nice when the schedule is meeting the time window. The only problem is the account where I'm assigned is not really good in terms of Mngt.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Premium pay is good which other companies don't offer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Manager is somehow approachable and I can somehow mention my needs to my Supervisor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the company provides better compensation such as performance bonus, attendance bonus and other incentives.. I would be more motivated.
What makes you most happy at work?
If I get Commendations and I see myself on the top 5 or 10 best Workers of the month but how I wish they can provide monetary incentives.
