Overall, my experience is OK with the company esp the FLEXIBILITY. However, compensation wise: I don't think we are still at par with other companies. Salary and benefits should definitely be reviewed. Good thing HMO has now been increased, but the other perks and benefits should be reviewed.
What makes you most happy at work?
My functional lead (NOT MY MANAGER) and my team - because we consider our team as a family. Again, NOT MY MANAGER.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I consider my colleagues as family. These are the people that I closely work with in my functional team. Though we are working from different regions, we do understand each other - personal and work related.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility is the #1 thing that I like most about DXC. My functional lead (NOT MY MANAGER) is very understanding and since we are results-oriented, we don't care much about what time we report to work as long as we are able to deliver the work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher flexben - Flexben amount has been the same for a long time. And it has been raised several times in all the townhalls but the feedback has always been - this will be reviewed, ergo NO CHANGES. Higher % of increase / promotion should be given to valuable employees /high performers.
