I love the work because it challenges me and most of the role that I do, is something I love. However, the pay is still not aligned for the work that I do. There are strict implementations on getting promoted to a job level when you're work is more than the current job level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I closely work with and those outside my service line.
What makes you most happy at work?
being able to complete tasks and seeing my team improve with the changes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I waited 5 years for a promotion. Got a fair increase which I feel is not enough for the work I am doing. I am overworked and underpaid.
