I like that they are trying but I would want to see tangible results on the plans that they were saying particularly in regards to the benefits of employee like salary increases.
I feel undervalued because I am doing a billable work and also doing people management related work which consumes a LOT of my time but no corresponding perks / bonuses. I'm expected to do much and on top but my salary remains the same. Its not win-win at all.
