Co-workers or teammates. it lightens up the work when everyone is working together
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since I'm just new to the company, I find my teammates approachable and fun to work with. They are willing to help and guide the new members.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based from previous townhalls, this was always been ask to the leadership. balance the salary / baseline pay based on the market value and competitiveness against other companies. There should at least a basepay increase yearly base from the portion of the income of the company.
