everyone is friendly and ready to help right away.
What makes you most happy at work?
the people. My direct reports or team members who became friends with me already. Trainings/Certifications!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think all the programs and steps to turn around a good company are good. It's just that I find it a bit slow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am doing two roles which are ADM and People Manager Role -- considering the weight and the time being asked from me to deliver both roles is a bit overwhelming, and whenever I look into my compensation and benefits and comparing it to some managers within DXC and with some few people who were out
