The fact that I can still enjoy a work-from-home setup speaks volumes since not every company provides that kind of opportunity. I am grateful for DXC and its management on how it deals with the pandemic.

the management is doing their best to keep all their employees safe.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our ask for the additional headcount to effectively deliver in terms of HR connect has been slow pacing.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think it will be best for all of us to have a work-life balance and if we can promote working for 8 hours per shift only as working from home has been more challenging in terms of mental health.
