What are some of the best things about your team?
There is no I in our team and we really support each other which is the reason why we exceed the targets on our contract and received multiple commendations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am one of the top performers in the account for the past four years and it will be better if I will received additional increase / bonus or even promotion.
