DXC is a very good company, they provide training and development that is very engaging and futuristic. The compensation package is comparable but I think DXC is worth investing the time spent in working because people learn a lot in various aspects may it be technical or managerial.

The leadership team has given more than enough show of care by increasing our health card benefit. They have invested a lot on people care so people can also take care of DXC.
