I am happy here. but i do hope they fix our job hierarchy soon - i have been in my position for X yrs already. looking for opportunity for advancement. Also, help in incentives for during the time of the pandemic.

focusing on our output and how to influence and motivate the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
my team is motivated and passionate. it makes me want to contribute more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we are output driven but at the same time we practice our values. there is mutual respect in the team and understanding
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
there were some years skipped in compensation/annual merit. it would be good to have off cycle increases to make up for previous years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are direct and that they listen. I know improvements on salary will take time but atleast i know they are standardizing annual merit and bonuses.
