overall it's OK. however, the company should also compensate the employees fairly. job ladder is also hard unlike in mid sized companies. it's like if you're stuck in a position for a long time (no matter how much contribution you've made) employees will feel like they were not progressing at all

Learning new thing, making a contribution to the success of the company, also money i guess
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HMO Benefit is low, increase is just minimal, NO Christmas Baskets in the past years, FLEX Ben + clothing allowance is not enought, etc
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working from Home is NICE. removing the hassle of travelling to office esp during this pandemic i hope tha company should also give INTERNET Allowance to compensate the cost
