It's been great. There are areas that can be improved but so far, with the Manger I am under, he is able to deliver as he promised.

interacting with colleagues who have turned out to be really good friends.

They put people first and value the employees as it says in the logo. Customers and Colleagues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like family. We take each day with a laugh regardless of how stressful the situation can be.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Putting people first before revenue. It is the best place to work in where the company values the welfare of its employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation-wise, I am okay with it but it could be better. My workload is compensated with the fact that I have a great manager and a good team that helps me get through the daily tasks. That's what's making me stay.
