I feel cared for, guided, challenged, valued. I am given opportunities to grow, given the freedom to self-manage. Pay can be better, but I have seen the efforts throughout my stay of 11+ yrs in the company that our current leadership is making headways here. Need bench time.

Lots of heart. People have the tenacity and grit to weather the rough patches. Very collaborative.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We feel the focus back on the people - there are so many opportunities to grow and I can confidently say that our leaders care about us.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Annual pay increase is now back. Our MBL is now 300k. There's a lot of support coming from our health care partners on mental health, COVID19 response, etc.
