Decisive and result oriented. The leadership (c-level) now values employees way better than the previous senior LT.

Generally, people do what they say they will do, which builds trust and confidence in the organization.

Having opportunities to grow and learn and being able to bring value to the company and our clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I can get paid more outside. I wish dxc will promote talent not because they would like to counter an external offer but to recognize and retain talent.
