Provide proper compensation so I won't keep on thinking of transferring directly to the client
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Proper compensation - company can provide OT pay despite labor laws being different in PH, hot skills premium, compensation for WFH, Christmas basket
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Management communication between employees have improved a lot, however we are still in a long way of improving company relationship by fostering new ideas activities that would help engage people more and properly compensate people.
