The people I work with, unlike in my former companies, in DXC there is less "power tripping" or only few Senior Managers or Team Leaders who uses their position or "superiority" to get what they want.
Majority of the resources from my batch collaborate unlike those who have been hired prior to us. There's not much knowledge sharing or transfer, so us newbies end up looking for materials, resources and people to guide us so we can perform our job effectively.
Our Leadership Team walks the talk. They clearly has the vision and knows how to lead us to it. Unlike our managers here in our DC, I think there is a disconnect. I really admire our Leaders Team but somehow, the managers do not share the same enthusiasm as our Executives do.
