A lot of ups and downs, mostly downs. The challenges I encounter in my projects indeed make me a better employee, but it is hard to juggle work responsibilities esp. if there are no other members available to help you meet the organization's goals.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
For this survey for instance, go beyond the close-ended answers (yes or no), and allow employees to provide additional comments on their answers to each question, like in GLINT.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
* Standardize processes, share best practices * Reduce bureaucracy * Allow employees pursuing certifications to allot time to study during work hours, instead of advising them to review during weekends. That advice is not applicable to all employees.
