a means to identify the where we are at and what is the payscale as compared to industry standards

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Need to be part of boot camps, training, and proper onboarding evaluation, prior to assignment of role. re-establish of New Hire Presentation / Training Progress Report to assess the resource capability to match the current role.

What makes you most happy at work?

flexible work arrangement, (recently) rewards and recognition with points, (recently) referral points program, certification, (site-specific) CDO, simplifications everywhere (making day to day work easy), my colleagues, my friends, my manager, the mission and vision of the new LTs, and Mike Salvino
