What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is very approachable and in the monthly townhalls, it is evident that they try to address our constant concerns.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a technical resource,even if I've been doing what is expected of someone with a higher pay grade,I can't be promoted since the processes & requirements we have for such are not really in line with the career opportunities we get.It is much easier for those in the managerial path to get promoted.
