I not yet sure if I'm proud to be part of these company as it was a bad experience when we didn't have a salary increase for so many years.

They eager to help and very professional

I have a stable company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide a monthly update on what is happening on the company and also what are they doing to address concern of the employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the company would not provide internet/electricity subsidy and doesn't provide subsidy in buying table, im not sure if the company will still provide increase every year, there is no christmas bonus.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I hope there would be weekly catch up with the teams and talking about anything under the sun. I hope there is a day in the company where you don't have a meeting.
