I can't think of any, but there are always positive traits out there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are onshore and they are helpful, I wasn't so sure about my team here in Manila.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Maybe this is not the passion that I want to excel, but I am still doing my best for the my team goals and for the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The experiences that I have are not align on what I am doing and I started again from the bottom, setting aside the compensation. When posting an available position make sure that the job description is accurate.
