What makes you most happy at work?

Helping out managers with complex technical issues.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We help each other out and we've developed better relationships during lockdown.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I like being able to voice out my opinion and not be judged unfairly because of it.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating changes properly. Sometimes it's obvious when they're very detached from what's actually happening to their employees. They want to trust that managers know their people extremely well but they don't and they need to help them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I understand the logic behind performance-based merit reviews but in a global company where a person in a low-cost location is being assessed based on the merits of a team in a high-cost location, I felt like I was left out in being assessed fairly.
