Despite of all the changes and challenges that I encountered during my stay in HP/HPE/DXC, I can still say that I'm proud to be part of this company. I've experienced a lot. Good and bad but these experiences made me who I am today and I am grateful and will always be grateful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really feel the love and concern of the people. Being a newbie, I see the effort they make to engage all of the team members.
What makes you most happy at work?
The culture and environment. DXC also values not only the work life of the employees but also the outside life like our families, hobbies, mental and physical health.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More incentives specially to us who are already with the company more than 5 years. I don't feel my loyalty is being valued as much as I value my work and my contributions to the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The CEO and the global team is really showing their care for the people. Its the local tower that I'm not satisfied. Whenever their is townhall with Mike I feel that he is prioritizing the people but when its the local townhalls I don't feel I'm being cared for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel that I'm valued. Leaders will make way to listen. Compared to other companies, how they treat their employees, I can say in DXC employees are treated with respect. I love how DXC encourage collaboration, work-life balance and more. Its really the compensation & benefits that needs improvement
