
Perhaps when there are engagements/events for the employees. I would like to say when efforts get recognized, but my efforts rarely get recognized by my team
Maybe the lead can actually set a regular face-to-face mtg session for team building purposes or so that we can at least have the opportunity to meet online the new employees/new team members. Once every month or 2 months perhaps
There were 3-4 yrs wherein there was no salary increase, so the increase now was not enough to make up for those years. The company should try to recalibrate our compensation across the board based prevailing industry standards. Added benefits review should be done (ex.dental coverage, internet,etc)
