What do you like best about the leadership team?
LT take care of the entire well being of their employees during this pandemic times.
What makes you most happy at work?
The new learnings I gain every now and then. My colleagues matters as well. It also makes me happy at work whenever I conduct KT to our new hires (RST)
What are some of the best things about your team?
EAO AAT BUR Team supports and help one another even if we our designated accounts to take care of. They are all willing to share their knowledge of expertise to one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
integrity.. this is the first word I heard in my NEO.. DXC won't be this far inspite of pandemic if not because of integrity since we are all WFH. Work Life Balance is superb!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
2011 - October 2015 GSD (HP, HPE) October 2015 - April 2019 (moved to EAO SAP Backup Team my job role dind't change for 4 years) only April 2019 I was aligned to (cons 2) come November 2019 up to present I am doing AAT tasks but no news of my promotion. Promotion will make me feel better.
