Positive changes since Mike S stepped in as CEO. Loyalty is sadly not always rewarded. Recent direction to get GIDC people managers billable not welcome as it (1) may negatively impact availability & accessibility to employees (2) different skillset altogether & (3) outdated technical capabilities.
