appreciate if some of my coworkers would improve ownership of tasks and be participative during meetings.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Improve on daily task ownership. Much better to work together and help each other as a 'Team' rather than alone.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy when I'm able to successfully complete may task for the day and able to take trainings for free through DXC university.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt undervalued of the lack of promotion. Promoted just at the same year with my juniors even though I've been in the company for years and received continuous good ratings.
