DXC evolved significantly over the last years. Especially, when our CEO is Mike Salvino, we really felt that he is a man of actions where he will set a goal and he will ensure that we will achieve those goals.

Very approachable and always there to mentor you
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very accommodating and ensuring to delivery what's expected by business. Always have a creative ideas to improve the process and it's day to day operations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They always prepare Townhall meetings / team meetings so that to build a good working relationship with the team and to ensure that everyone will still be updated. Especially, this pandemic where everyone are just working from home and the interaction was decreased.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy is by having the roles I have wanted back then are now part of my day to day tasks. I really appreciate my manager on this as they were able to help me set the goals and reached them successfully at the same time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hopefully we can continuously have a yearly salary increase so that the employee can always look forward what's next and can help to boost their morale as they can see that while they are growing career wise, they are also being appreciated by the company, salary / value wise.
