i have all the opportunities i need in this company. i am happy there are people who have pure intentions to take care of the customers. it is just disheartening there processes are made complex or conflicting, making it harder for us to deliver results especially in meeting Hyper automation targets

Transparency and doing what they said they will do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i have so far not experienced politicking/politics. no mind games. straightforward discussions and problem solving. no blaming and finger pointing.
What makes you most happy at work?
providing excellent results. i want to do best at everything i do. i extend help when needed. i am happy when we achieve business results regardless if recognized or not.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
some of the workers i work with are reluctant to extend their impact beyond their role or at least work towards excellence in meeting target dates and output. Delays and constant need to followup or redo work is demotivating.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel that i bring a lot to the business. holding several roles, ensuring profitability and cost efficient on both the account side and GIDC side. i would feel better if there are actions done after reviews/facts are provided by the leadership if i am fairly paid across similar role/business impact
