I've been with the company for more than 10 years. There are a lot of learnings here, and if you're hardworking and competitive enough, I'm sure that you'll be okay. I just hope that those who are staying long with the company will also receive competitive increase and that they won't need to leave
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are able to address the pandemic situation carefully.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is diverse and positive. I like that there are also community engagement activities.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happy that during these days we are working virtually and the company is there for us at this time of pandemic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that our team is not that important as other's team in the organization that's why we're undervalued. Compensation increase is a sensitive topic and not everyone has really obtained the increase that they deserve.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For 10 years being with the team, I've seen all its shape and currently, its the best shape, best version ever. Everyone is cooperating, working harmoniously and negative vibes are no more. Really happy working with my teammates now.
