I can say that I can really see and feel the difference between now and the previous leadership team. The company has really improved. Although of course, there are still a lot that can be fixed, I am confident that we're already on the right track.

They listen and take action based on feedback from the employee survey. You can feel their presence.

You can really feel the sense of community, you know that majority are really doing their best to deliver to our stakeholders.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For my level and what I'm doing, I feel like I need to get higher salary already. Still hopeful because the salary review has already restarted.
