Please improve HR here in the Philippines and especially REF.. REF is making covid an excuse not to get the employee to the office.. we need to get our things in our locker.. there was a saying you dont leave the company.. you leave the company because the management is not good
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
HR in the Philippines doesn't have hotline number. Are they afraid of their work? Hotline is necessary now... How can we get fast answer about HMO inquiries during this pandemic? Who should we contact ASAP in case we have question about payroll? Please keep an eye in HR Philippines.
